I got a battery backup and solar installation done from them. All good so far. Satisfied with after sales services as well.Recently I faced an issue with battery backup on a Sunday and despite being a Sunday, Sandeepa from after sales team attended to my home and provided a temporary solution for the timebeing. Installation start during the rainy season, so it was tough work for installation team. Team has to visit 2-3 days to complete the task because of the rain, otherwise they complete whole task in 8hrs.Whole process took nearly 4-6 weeks from beginning to the end. Its acceptable time frame.At the moment it gives expected performance and hope IMEX keep same quality in future as well.

Recently installed 5KW system, process was handled quickly and smoothly from beginning to end. Installation was good and neat, no damages to equipments or roof. Cost was very competitive and much less when compared to other two main solar installers in the market. Cannot comment on after sales services yet, will update the review accordingly. Special thanks to Mr Shehan for being supportive from beginning to end.

I installed 6 KW rooftop solar System by IMEX. They have well-experienced, professional Technical staff and provided excellent workmanship during installation as well as the proposal preparation stage dealing with me and the Bank.
